The Detex Rim Exit device is U.L. listed fire and panic exit hardware, Grade 1 and ADA CA Title 19. This exit devices exceeds life safety requirements for all building codes. Features an alarm of 100dB powered by a standard 9-volt battery, delayed arming, tampeder-resistant housing, and angled end-cap to prevent damage. The alarm is armed or disarmed by key. A mortise cylinder with standard Yale cam is required.
