What is our freight policy?

All orders shipped from our stock are billed as standard ground freight.

We offer prepaid freight programs based on terms and sales volume, as negotiated with one of our sales professionals.

Can I will call my order?

We offer will call from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday at our office in San Leandro CA.

We also offer 24-hour will call for our customers. Please contact one of our sales professionals to set up an access code. Orders must be picked up at our office in San Leandro CA.

How will my order be shipped?

We use a local delivery service within the states of California and Nevada.

We also offer all delivery service levels with UPS.

How can I track my order?

We can provide order tracking sent to the e-mail you provide for your order.

When will my order ship?

We ship all stock orders the same day if they are placed by 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time.
