Turnaround time is typically the same day during business hours (8am-5pm PST)

How can I change my online account password?
Click on My Account at the top of the website.
Click on “Edit your password and account details” link and follow the instructions.

The best way to order a custom project is to either call your preferred sales rep, or call 1-800-348-2263.
What is the difference between “List Price” and “Your Price”?
“List Price” is the retail price. “Your Price” is the discount pricing for your company account. You must be logged in to see “Your Price.”
I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Do you have products that aren’t on your website?
Yes, we are generally able to find what you are looking for, and, some products can be manipulated to meet your specifications. Please contact us with your requests via the website or by calling 1-800-348-2263.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum.
What if a product is out-of-stock?
The product may be on its way to us. We’ll let you know when it will ship.
What is your return policy?

What methods of payment do you take?
Open account, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cashier’s check.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow.
How can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an online order, please call your sales rep or 1-800-348-2263. If you’ve already received product, our Return Policy will be in effect.
Can I pick up my order at a location?
We offer will call from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday at our office in San Leandro CA.
