This particular mortise lock is a sectional trim, single cylinder request to exit, fail secure, tango lever, right handed, with a Satin Chrome finish. "

UL listed 3-hour fire rating, meet or exceed ANSI Grade 1 standards, field reversible handing, anti-saw deadbolts with hardened pins. Easy installation and servicing, forged brass or stainless steel escutcheon, 7-solid-touch grip levers and 1 knob available. Levers made of forged brass or stainless steel, Grade 1 knob with steel insert, available in 7 BHMA finishes-605, 606, 613, 625, 626, 629, 630. Levers ADA compliant.
