The R Series heavy duty mortise lock’s proven design is suitable for even the most demanding security applications and is ideal for high-traffic commercial and industrial settings. For the RS-04, the latch bolt is operated by a lever from either side, except when the outside lever is made inoperative by a stop or mechanical means other than the key. When outside the lever is locked, the latch bolt is retracted by the key from the outside or by operating the inside lever. This is a mortise lock, sectional trim, entry/office function, tango lever, satin chrome finish with a right hand.
