The CM-46/4 has a 4-1/2” Stainless Steel Square Push Plate Switch, Exposed Screws, with Wheelchair icon and “Push to Open” text. The all active switch is heavy duty, ADA compliant door control. The 4-1/2" square faceplate is stainless steel or comes in aluminum as well and are designed for easy installation. Can be mounted to standard single gang or double gang electrical boxes. The CM-46 series is sold as a two part assembly. The rear assembly is mounted to the in-wall box (or surface box). The front faceplate is then screwed to the rear assembly using either standard or security screws (included with kit). The SPDT (and optional DPDT) switches are UL/CSA approved, and rated 15 amps@ 30 VDC. The push switches are offered with different graphics, and in various architectural finishes. Weather resistant, and water tight configurations are also available.

The Camden 46/4 features the following: Large, easy to operate switches, requires minimal actuation force, meets ADA requirements, offers stainless steel construction, flush mount or surface mount options, UL/CSA approved, rated 15 AMPS@ 30V DC, available with 'Active' wheelchair symbol graphics, and optional architectural finishes. They are also designed for areas where an easy-to-activate, high visibility switch is desired. Ideal for high traffic areas, hospitals, wheelchair access, seniors' residences, etc. They are made to control electric strikes, electromagnetic locks and automatic doors. They may also be used for shunting, bypassing alarms, request to exit, timed functions, and many other applications. Important for high frequency use, in both indoor and outdoor environments. Camden switches are versatile, and can be supplied in various configurations and finishes, to suit any commercial, industrial, or residential application.
