The Rixson 195 offset pivot set is for doors weighing up to four-hundred and fifty pounds that are no more than four feet wide. This pivot set can be vertically adjusted up to 3/16" after installation. The 180 standard top pivot is included in this package.

The bottom pivot is mortised into the floor and door edges must be beveled 1/8" in 2". 180 degree door swing, trim permitting. Comes with wood and machine screws. Not available for fire-rated doors.
