The CTE MTB11 is an ENGAGE enabled single opening controller that allows perimeter and common area openings to be managed. The CTE single door controller is designed for flexibility and is managed with ENGAGE web and mobile applications. The CTE is designed to work with Schlage multi-technology wall mounted credential readers. When used with Mobile Credential enabled wall mounted readers (MTB11/MTB15), the CTE includes the optional convenience of Mobile Credential access. Your mobile phone can be used as your access credential instead of requiring a physical card or fob credential. This CTE Kit includes the CTE with mobile enabled multi-technology mullion reader kit. Cover color is black by default.

The CTE MTB11 single door controller with multi-technology reader details the following: indoor use only (-31F to +151F); is externally powered +12Vdc or +24Vdc @ 500ma. Power-Over-Ethernet; POE, or POE+. Provides wireless communication: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and if desired, power directly to the Schlage wall mounted readers. The CTE works exclusively with the Schlage MT11-485 or MT15-485, MTB11-485 and MTB15 credential readers. Multi-technology wall mounted readers are designed to simplify your access control solutions and are designed to work with the Schlage CTE. Multi-technology readers will allow a transition from existing population proximity credentials to a more secure encrypted smart card technology without having to change readers as new technologies are available. Mobile Enabled Multi-Technology Wall Mounted readers are identified by the Bluetooth symbol on the cover. Earlier versions of this reader, without this Bluetooth symbol will not support Mobile Credentials. Older MT and SM series readers can be easily replaced with MTB series readers to enable Mobile Credentials.
